Returns
You may return most new, items sold and fulfilled by flamefreecandles.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All other returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and shipping.
You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.
To initiate a return call customer service at (586) 731-9889 and you will be issued an RMA # to affix to your return.
Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Call customer service for more information.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call customer service (586) 731-9889 to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one. Call customer service at (586) 731-9889 and you will be issued an RMA # to affix to your exchange. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
NOTE: Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
Packaging and Sending your Return or Exchange
  1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
    Use the following information on the label:

    Attn: Returns/Exchanges
    4091 South Lake Court
    Shelby Township, MI 48316
    RMA # ____________ (Please add RMA# given to you by customer support)
  3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center. (Shipping cost will be refunded if applicable)
